Dr. Joseph H. Fishman received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Baylor University Medical School affiliated hospitals in Houston, Texas. Dr. Fishman finished his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Louisville and completed his training in Plastic Surgery at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine, Norfolk, Virginia.

Dr. Fishman is board certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Joseph H. Fishman, M.D. Dr. Fishman has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of South Florida. Because of his outstanding reputation, Dr. Fishman has lectured on anesthesia and safety in plastic surgery.
